Terms of Service

この文書は英語で提供されます。周囲のページはあなたの言語に従います。

These terms govern your use of the rovecode website at this address, the hosted plans described on the pricing page, and the account you may create to use them (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by 9Code Labs ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using a paid plan you agree to these terms. The rovecode software itself is free software under the AGPL-3.0 licence; nothing here narrows the rights that licence gives you.

Accounts

You need an account to use a plan. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping its credentials to yourself. Tell us at once if you believe someone else is using it. You must be at least 16 years old, and if you accept these terms on behalf of an organisation you confirm that you may bind it.

Plans, payment and changes

Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars, in advance, on the day you subscribe and on the same day each month after. Usage beyond a plan's quota is billed as on-demand credits at the rate shown when you buy them; credits roll over and do not expire while your subscription is active. Prices may change with thirty days' notice by email; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for. You may cancel at any time and the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial months except where the law requires it.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to break the law, to attack systems you do not have permission to test, to interfere with the Service or other people's use of it, or to build a competing hosted service by resale of the Service itself. Automations you run through the Service act on your instructions and remain your responsibility.

Your content and your code

Your repositories, prompts, files and the output produced for you stay yours. We process them only to provide the Service to you, as the privacy policy describes, and we do not use them to train models. Where you connect a third-party service (a Git host, a chat tool, a model provider) its own terms apply to what passes through it.

Availability and support

We aim for the Service to be available continuously but do not promise that it will be. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical. Support is offered by email on the plans that include it, within the response times stated on the pricing page.

Termination

You may close your account at any time from the account page; doing so deletes the account and the data held with it as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why unless the law prevents us or the breach is a threat to the Service.

Liability

The Service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email and on this page at least thirty days before they take effect; continuing to use the Service after that date is acceptance of the new terms.
